Any one who has experienced emotions such as love, jealousy, anger, ecstasy,... can attest to having a specific sensation in the body associated with each emotion. For example, when we feel anxious we might experience rapid heart beat, sweating, nausea, and restlessness.

This seminar will shed light on how notions and emotions can make a pattern in our body and the associated issues related to these patterns.

These patterns can be perceived physically by each person as discomfort. Changing the pattern or the associated thought process behind it will free up the body and mind.
